First Cycle - Basic Questions

thank you guys i think i should change my diet and reach the max i can befor pinning

Not even your max, but put some effort into at least before jumping on the juice. Seriously, if you cant put on some natural muscle, how the heck do you expect to keep it once AAS helps ya get it?

First off, if your actually 7%BF then your likely too lean for anything but looks. Performance, both strength and endurance, can take a nosedive for most folks once they get under 10%. You need to learn to eat for mass and at your weight and height Im guessing that is going to be a lot more work than you think but its required learning before jumping in the juice.

Hi,
I'm 26 years 5'9" 154lbs BF 7% been working out regularly since 6 months. Diet is ok. I know 6 months are quiet less :worried: but i seriously want to start my cycle by next month.

I do the following:
Bench Press: 135x8, 155x6, 177x4
DB Press: 35x12, 45x6

I agree with the others your a long way from being ready for a cycle. First get that diet in check. If you need a meal plan send me a pm.

Another thing that scares me is your workout routine. The only lifts you posted where bb and db bench press. No squat, deadlift, or shoulder press numbers? If these are not a part of your workout routine we need to fix that asap.

You don't need aas. You need to hit up the diet and weight training section of the this forum and get your act together. There's no reason you can't add 20-30 pounds naturally before the new year.

like everyone said "EAT" and be sure to hit all bodypArts in your training and totally switching things up every few months to keep the muscles growing!
