First Cycle - Basic Questions

Hi,
I'm 26 years 5'9" 154lbs BF 7% been working out regularly since 6 months. Diet is ok. I know 6 months are quiet less :worried: but i seriously want to start my cycle by next month.

I do the following:
Bench Press: 135x8, 155x6, 177x4
DB Press: 35x12, 45x6

Have been reading about roids for the past 2 months and finally after reading a lot I've decided to start my first cycle by next month.

I would be doing the below: :confused:
Week 1-12: Test E 500mg/week (250mgs x Monday & Thursday)
Week 14-17: Clomid: 300mg/day 1, 100mg/day2-10, 50mg/day 11-20
Nolvadex: 20mg i.e. split 10/10 a day (only if gyno problems occur)

I have a few questions regarding this cycle.
1. Should I add D-bol 40mg/ed x 1st 4 weeks as a kick-started?
2. Should I use Deca instead of D-bol, which one is more preferable?
3. During weeks 13-14 should I do Winstrol 25mg/ed?

Guys do help me out with the above queries, thanks a lot in advance. :)

What is your diet actually like? Post up an example of a typical day :)
 
Diet is quiet good, a protein shake in the morning then a oatmeal at around 9am followed with bananas a quick little brunch at 12pm and lunch at 2pm a protein shake post workout and then dinner at around 10pm with a glass of milk and 2 bananas
 
you have the body of a runner, not a weightlifter.

how about getting your diet and workout in check first, then worrying about a first cycle. you have zero base at 154 pounds at 5 9.

your diet is poor. protein shakes and bananas are not gonna help you put on muscle. you've only been working out 6months, which usually means 6 weeks.

I would give it a full year of working out and take it more serious. get your weight up to 170 area, then you can start considering a first cycle.
 
thanks stevesmi will rethink about the cycle, I think it would be better if I buy one more tub of Muscle Juice and reach the 170 area :)
 
you need to eat food..

protein shake when u wake up.

get out of shower 10 eggwhites and oatmeal

1.5 hours later 1 scoop casein

1.5 hours later chicken and brown rice

1.5 hours later 1 scoop casein

workout
post 2 scoops whey with fast carbs

1 hour later max out on clean proteins and slow carbs

ect ect ect


never stop eating. i eat more then you before noon and i am cutting..
 
To supplement quality calories, look into BIG BLAST( Orbit nutrition) and Better Bars. (needtobuildmuscle) They'll pack on some as long as you ADD them to what you're eating. (Not substitute any food for it). Then you'll have more of a frame work on which the steroids can build.
 
You would be amazed what type of gains you can make by changing your diet. If you are serious enough to stick a needle in you then you should be more than serious about your diet. Steroids alone will not make you big. It takes tons of hard work, the food you eat, your routine, water, everything. If you start your cycle next month you will be disappointed with the results because your foundation is not near solid enough yet. Be patient, joose will always be there but do it in time. I'm on my first cycle at 32. I've been I'm the gym solid for 9 years and that's not including the time before when I was in high school and in college playing ball lifting.
 
There is no reason you cant put on 40 lbs easy with diet and training alone at your size and age.
