First Cycle Advice, I want perfection !

Hows it going guys, I've been researching cycles and anabolic steroids for months and finally decided to do my first cycle, so I've joined this forum and coming to you for help.

My Stats Are:

Age: 26
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 185
BF %: 18%

Goal: I am looking to lower my BF% while putting on lean muscle and most importantly strength. I've been training for about a year, paired with lots of basketball everyday for cardio. As you can probably tell; I love to eat, but lately have been lowering caloric intake with a major increase of protein (Grilled chicken, tuna, low fat milk and whey) being the majority of my calorie sources.

I am currently using CLA with meals to aid fat absorption and weight loss (3-5 grams per day, with meals). and Fish oils.

I know about Clomid and Nolva for PCT, beginning approx 2 weeks after last steroid dose; just need advice with timing and dosing. Gyno is my worst nightmare, so what type of things would I take to combat that, and when?

I've read that first cycle should be Test E only, possibly paired with Dianabol, and something to combat the androgenic/gyno/estrogen effects of Dianabol Aromitizing. Would something along these lines be ideal for meeting my goals?

Please help me put together the optimal cycle/stack to meet my goals. I'm a newbie, and would really appreciate any advice. Please be as detailed as possible and avoid using many abbreviations (as I may not know what they stand for). Just tryin to get educated! Thanks guys

I'm on the same boat. I been on 2 weeks with just 500mg of Test Enanthate Per week. I also am on Nutropin AQ 10 units daily with 2 days rest per week. Today is the start of my 3rd week so I decided to start Deca Nandrolone and up my test to 750mg week and Deca to 450mg per week. I also took an oral Dianbol 50mg as well. My 2 weeks on enanthate have been very painful. I think it may be the gear. Today I used new gear and will see how that goes. Pain went away 3-4 days. Any suggestions on this cycle?

As for you, you have been training a year and want to use AAS. based on your stats you have shit for a base to work with and too much bodyfat. I would wager if you post pics you don't even look like you work out. Get offended if you like but I would bet its true.
You can cut body fat by getting a real diet and learning how to train and do cardio. You are looking for the magic pill and you are going to be very disappointed. Your PCT idea is crap.
You want us to put something together for you. This all shows you really haven't researched shit. If you have then you have been reading the wrong info in the wrong places.

Hey bro, thanks for the info. But you don't have to be rude about it. Instead of being cool, you act like an ass. We came here for help. Not to be made fun of or insulted. Plus you can lose body fat when cycling. You just need to eat clean and keep up your cardio. Diet is the key. I've done this before and my last run about 5 yrs ago went well. I went from 280lbs to 215 lean. I was happy with results. So keep up clean diet and do lots of cardio and boost your protein intake to 2grams per lb of body weight. Lower carb intake and fat you will see results. Definitely get full blood work to monitor your levels. Don't give up and keep going buddy be determined to get where you want and it will happen.

First of all I'm new here so hello everyone and op! Ok so they are rite. Before even concidering aas you need to get your diet in check and a solid cardio program. This and strength training will get you were you want to be. At your height and weight for ur bf to be that high you are seriously lacking a muscular foundation. You need to get back to the basics. Count your calories, make goals and most importantly you need to understand that aas will only complicate your situation. Steroids will make you hungry as hell and if you don't have the discipline to make the proper nutritional choices that could not only be detrimental (expecaly if done improperly) to your health but to your goals as we'll. One more thing dbol FYI expecaly while running other compounds will make you look like the michaland man if you don't have proper expieriance dosing your ai. It sounds like you need more reaserch, start watching what you eat make sure your getting the right protein carb to fat racio and train hard. You'll be surprised what you'll be able to accomplish.

Wait diddent you say this was ur first cycle??? If you've done it successfully before^ then I'd call it your second bro hahaha.
 
At this point I wouldn't consider a cycle at all. A sarms stack is as far as you should go, and thats even being generous. You need to get body fat down a bit and build a better base. Training for a year is definitely not long enough either

Lol yeah but 5 years is a long time. Lots of new stuff that I haven't heard of out there. So I am always open to any advice. I like reading the forums, there are a lot of intelligent people here. The ones that think they are better than everyone are the ones that I ignore. Anyway yeah I was at 280lbs but had a good core. I am 6'1". I did heavy cardio 2 times a day (morning and evening) and only trained using pyramid sets. Started 1 body part per day for 6 days then moved to two body parts, pull push method. My body fat just melted away. You are 100% correct about hunger. I used to fight hunger by eating a can of tuna with nothing in it or a spoon full of peanut-butter which helped because fat last longer in your stomach. I had a cheat day only every other week. As for carbs I calculated .5 grams per pound at first then as my body fat went down I raised it to 1.5 and it was only complex carbs. Well I did have simple carbs pre and post workout for energy and protein transport. This worked for me and dropped to 215. Now I'm back and motivated again!!
 
That's all great bro good luck I'd hold off tho, also when was ur last check up? It wouldn't hurt to get your thyroid checked because that's a lot if weight to gain back. Your thyroid is like your body's furnace, if your levels are not in a healthy range (in this case being low) you will not burn fat properly. This is just an idea it sounds like u have a good idea of what you need to doing. Now u gotta get out there and do it! One last thing really tryn hold off the juice my man until you hit your target weight, make sure you reaserch in the mean time.... Then you can go balls out with 500 mg test e and I'd forget about the dbol and hit some high dose anavar, some people prefere winny but I couldn't tell ya I've never ran it.
 
Hey guys I would like to show you a before and after pic of me. I ran 500 mg of Test E for 12 weeks. That guy Dylangemelli, and Burnthiscorpse was wrong. I went from 315 to 250lbs and feel great!! Off cycle I used Tbomb and it workalso been using Erase Pro the entire time. I'll be posting more pics as I progress. Thanks again guys!!View attachment 128103

What did your blood test say before you started? Mid-cycle? After?

How did you monitor your RBC count on cycle?

What was your OCT? What's your PCT?
