hey ladies, how are ya'll? this is actually mr. fire, using the wife's log in. (sorry lobo) well, things have been crazy around here since our last update 6 months ago. mrs. fire hasn't been online in quite awhile.
well, 6 months ago, we were going to take a 9 month break do to the little fire. well, to say the least it hasn't been 9 months. we had a ton of complications and aren't expecting anymore. this paragraph will be deleted before too long just to protect mrs. fire's feelings. just in case she browses by the site. it's been hard on both of us, especially her. even after 3 months now.
so on to the more related info and questions. for those of you who are newer do a search on firephysic for past details if interested.
mrs. fire has been back in the gym w/ great intensity(i'm sure its helped w/ the stress). she's been bulking. 5'8" @ 160lbs. lifting heavy. using 10mg ttokyo anavar/day for 6 weeks.
now, it's time to cut. so please evaluate the following, as i know you ladies can so well. by the way, thank you for all the support she received in the past from you ladies. (you know who you are) (and warlobo, too.)
lifting heavy: five days a week @ 8:00p.m.
monday-arms.............20mins moderate cardio
tuesday-legs..............no cardio
wed-----shoulders......20mins moderate cardio
thurs----chest.............20mins moderate cardio
friday----back..............no cardio
sat-------abs...............1 hr moderate cardio
supplements:
60mg test every 7-10 days
5 mg anavar per day split up 8am & 2pm
GAC Heatmiser (clen/t-3/yohimbine hcl combo)
twice day 8am & 2pm
she knows...no stacking...she felt very little off the oringinal cycle of ttokyo anavar. just finishing out the left overs. she insisted.
multi vit
flaxseed oil
diet:
8am...........1/2 cup oatmeal
protein shake
10am.........chicken breast
1/2 cup rice or potato
12pm.........chicken breast
1/2 rice or potato
green veggie
2pm...........protein shake
4-5pm.......4 oz lean red meat
1/2 rice or potatoe
7pm..........chicken
greens beans
8 P.M. WORKOUT
10pm........protein/carb shake
approx. values
2300 calories
270 g protien
200 g carbs
? g fats(i'll have to look it up)
she's at maybe 18-20 % bf right now...but, i'm guessing.
