Finished my 6-week trial run diet..PICS

By the way, I am the original Sexual Mustard--I created the new handle because these damn boards refuse to let me post even though I'm logged on.

No, this isn't for a show (even though I've got the trunks on), it's just a trial run to see how I'd look after 6 weeks. First show will be in April. FLAME ON!

ripped103--thanks. Height is a measly 5'3" (practically a midget), weight at the moment is 170. In the pics (2 1/2 weeks ago) I am 149.

rotorobot--yeah my chest sucks. Hopefully through December I'll put on decent size to it before precontest diet.

You're looking good in those pictures. I agree with the comment about the forearms, but appart from that you look really good. You should be proud.

Mustard, let me start by saying that I wish I looked half as good as you!

1.) Beefing up the pecs and the forearms would be great.
2.) Looks like your lats insert very high. Have you tried focusing on lower lat insertions?
3.) Great wheels, shoulders, bis, abs, etc.

Your hard work shows, bro. I'm only 5'5" and 153 lbs but working on reaching 170.

You look really good, great delt and trap size ...
however it overshadows your chest.

great quads also, calves are good but need work to stand out since your quads are so developed.

overall, i'd say you look really great, good enough to win your weight class at most of the shows i've seen recently

MAXDOG-- yeah, I've been told that my arms and delts overpower my chest. Maybe lay off the volume and intensity of those particular workouts to let my chest catch up? And it's encouraging to hear that you think I might win my weight class... :)

No need to beat a dead horse, but your chest could use some improvement. Yeah, like I bet you hadn't gathered that from the other ten guys who've said it, right? You want my handle? I don't think I desere to be called a freak after seeing your pics. Maybe I'll change it to Skinny Show.

MAXDOG--hehe actually my calves measure exactly the same as my arms, so they are in fact proportional to each other.

ragin'-- I can't believe I would actually inspire someone to work out LOL.

By the way folks, when I started the mock-diet, my BF was 12-13%. When I was done after 6 weeks it was just under 6%.

post up what you did for your diet if you can.
 
to break it down as simply as I can:

Eat every3 hours , 6-7 times a day. First meal is after cardio upon waking up (45-60 minutes fast walking). Each meal will have one portion carbs and one portion protein, and a water veggie (1/2 cup broccoli usually for me).

Carb sources: oatmeal (plain--I'll usually put in a small packet of Equal for a little sweetness), rice cakes (sodium free), plain baked potato.

Protein sources: plain icky tuna (yuck), protein shakes mixed with water, plain grilled chicken breast (boneless/skinless), plain turkey breast. I like to put a tad bit of salsa on my chicken/turkey breasts for some flavor. Also, mustard/hot sauce/buffalo sauce is great because there's no carbs, calories. or fats in them.

My ratio was (carbs/prot/fats): 45/45/10. Fats came from mostly what was found in my meats, and I also mixed in a tablespoon flaxseed oil in any protein shake I had.
Drink tons of water until I practically pee water.

In the entire 6 weeks I had one cheat meal. Arby's was having a sale: 5 Beef n' Cheddars for $5.95. Can't beat that! :)

Supersizeme: 1st 2 weeks--no cardio. I can lose weight just by cleaning up my diet. Weeks 3 and 4--cardio 3X/week. Weeks 5 & 6--cardio every day.

Since steroids are bad and can lead to death(haha), I believe in drug free! But let's just say that there was a clone of me trying to do the exact diet that I did in 6 weeks. I'd be willing to bet that he would use: Deca, Clenbuterol, Winstrol, homemade ECA stack, GH, insulin, and Equipoise. Just a guess, but I'd put some money on it! :D

BigBaz: yeah, but all that fucking/cardio paid off....we've been trying to conceive for the past few months now, and she's finally pregnant! Didn't you see Christina had a little extra belly at the MTV Video Music Awards? LOL

Never thought I would say this but I would kill to be 5'3". I am 6'2" and muscles look so awesome on someone of your frame.
Excellent work, my man. gastrocenemius and soleus could use some cuts cuz u got the size.

BTW..that back is to die for. MY weak point so I am a bit green with envy.
