I'm really excited about this (never thought I'd be excited about exercise!). My boyfriend (while not working) is taking the time to teach me some stuff. I couldn't tell you half the names of what I've done (lol) but it's fun. The only thing I don't like so far is box squats ( I can only do my bodyweight). Everything else is great though with some of it I'm gonna ask him if I should increase the weight... he has it a bit too easy for me. But I guess I'm really just working on form right now since I've only worked out on last Friday and Today.
I've also trying to work on my diet (the not so fun part). I'm having a harder time with that but I'm getting better. I'm making Sundays my cheat days. I probably eat more than I should on sundays even for a cheat day, but I have to say that it's the only thing that helps me eat right every other day looking forward to Sundays.
