Filtering IP test-e

I got these 50 ml "jugs"(really resemble suntan lotion bottles)of IP test-e a while ago,before the bust.They are supposedly 335 mg/ml.Now I'm supposed to filter thru a whatman .45 into steril vials,and bake @250 for 30 mins.My question is I have 100 ml alltogether so if I get 5 ,20 ml. vials do I need a filter for each or can I use one for 100 ml. of filtering.Thanks
