Hi. I have a friend that has a MMA match coming up very early in March. We live a small Asian country with a very small MMA community. There's no testing here and he's noticed that some of his opponents have taken PEDs just by word of mouth. He's never cycled before but he's curious about what could he take to enhance his chances in case he comes across another opponent on something, which is more than likely.
The fight is only 4 weeks away. Is there anything or a stack you would recommend to improve strength in the cage? He's 5'6. Currently weighing 74kg (163 pounds). 32 years old, about 9% bf. The fights at 70kg (almost 155 pounds) and he wouldn't be cutting any fat or muscle for the fight. Only water weight. Also, what kind of training would you recommend to improve strength?
