Fibre sources on ketogenic diet

I take fiber in the form of generic metamucil, or however you spell it. Just be careful, some have lots of sugar

sugar free metamucil

Green veggies, broccoli, cabbage, green beans etc.

You'll probably need some metamucil to keep it moving... I know I did.

spinach
psyllium husk should help too

personally not bieng reguar was the bane of my life when i was on keto lol
i found crushing cardamom seeds and adding it to my tea (as they do in India) helped and made the tea taste super!

A ton of salid. A gallon of romaine lettace has less than 20 grams of digestible carbs, and can supply a great deal of fiber. Nutts are a good source. Macadeamia nutts and walnuts are very low carb, and contain a lot of fiber. One cup of shelled walnutts contains only 7 grams of carbs that you can absorb, but contains 12 grams of fiber.

I second the recommendation for Sugar Free Metamucil (assuming that asparthame doesn't kick you out of ketosis).
