Fever while on sarms

I had a question about how sarms can change your body temperature
the only other time I felt this warm was when I was taking clenbuterol and DNP
Sarms is making me feel that way. Getting some red face, and feeling just hot
I’m using sr9009 and gw cardarine together. Doing 50mgs of each
