do you think females should training and take sets to failure when training to see faster results? or that type of training it's more for boys, thank you.
females that are serious train harder than most guys in the first place at the gym.
i would say it doesn't matter.. you don't want to over train muscles like the shoulders or your big joints like knees and elbows. it is the same for both genders and both make that mistake and then end up with injuries from it
The only difference between the sexes is testosterone. So, in most women, its a lot lower than mens so their muscles don't grow as much. Bu, other than that, the rest works. That includes training to failure.
