female looking for safe cycle

I am a 22 year old female and have been working out for years. I reaaly want to slim up and get more cut up. I have been taking anavar for almost 7 weeks and have seen little results. I would like to wait a while and try a stronger more effective cycle to achieve my goals. 1- any cycles you would recommend other than anavar. 2- are injectibles more effective than oral dosages. 3- what is the effectivness of clenbuterol and human growth hormone. Please give me as much info as possible. Thanks...nikki
 
Do a search in here on winstrol for women , or an internet search, my wife has also done clen she recommends it, I'll get some threads in here for ya.

Women, however, often prefer the oral Winstrol This, by all means, makes sense since female athletes have a distinetly lower daily requirement of stanozolol, usually 10-16 mg/day. Thus the daily quantity of tablets is reduced to 5-8 so that gastrointestinal pain and inereased liver values occur very rarely. Another reason for the oral intake in women is that the dosage to be taken can be divided into equal doses. This has the advantage that unlike the 50 mg injections-it does not lead to a significant increase in the androgens and thus the androgenic-caused side effects (virilization symptoms)

Don't do an injectable winny cycle, it will be hard ya in terms of sides.
Women often use winstrol depot but occasionally it can cause virilization, even at low dosages. Users report that the muscle gains they make are solid, they are well retained after the drug use is discontinued. Athletes also find that the injectable version is far superior to the oral. Very few user report water retention or any other side effects while using Winstrol. It is a popular all purpose steroid, especially for Women.



Clen and women
Athletes usually take 5-7 tablets, 100-140 mcg per day For women 80-100 mcg/day are usually sufficient, It is important that the athlete begin by taking only one tablet on the first day and then increasing the dosage by one tablet each of the following days until the desired maximum dosage is reached. The compound is usually taken over a period of 8-10 weeks. Since Clenbuterol is not a hormone compound it has no side effects typical of anabolic steroids. For this reason it is also liked by women. Possible side effects of Clenbuterol include restlessness, palpitations, tremor (involuntary trembling of fingers), headache, increased perspiration, insomnia, possible muscle spasms, increased blood pres-sure, and nausea. Note that these side effects are of a temporary nature and usually subside after 8-10 days, despite continuation of the product. In the meantime, Clenbuterol is well distributed on the black market and costs between $0.70 and $1.20 per 0.02 mg tab-let

The first problem is that you're using a steroid (for growth) to lose weight (get smaller).

I'd bet your diet is the problem. Post 'er up! :)
 
Nikki, alot of the women here are much more knowledgable than I am and have been very helpful to new people in reaching their goals, but you will have to give them more info., like your current diet (do a whole day and mention if you make changes throughout the week) and post up your training schedule.

One thing I noticed that might be a bit confusing re: clen....

Clen is usually run in 2 weeks on/2 weeks of cycles because after 2 weeks the receptors are basically exhausted and the clen becomes ineffective so continuing would be a waste. You can substitute something like a NYC Stack for 2 weeks, then resume the clen for another 2, and so on. Some people also use clen 2 days on, 2 days off too (I never tried it like that). One warning about clen, although it helps a lot of people, it also can tend to make you very hungry, so you must have the willpower to stick to your diet in order for it to work.

AAS will not make you loose fat. It can help you build muscle if you're diet and training are in order. If you do a cycle, you will want to do a strict cutting diet after you're done with your cycle to help show off your gains. That's when clen is useful IMO. Also, some AAS tend to cause water retention, so taking a supplement like dandelion root may help with that.
