- what does it mean "good shape"?
- age
- bodyfat --- 5'10", 145 sounds skinny to me - and she wants to "cut & be lean"?
- yrs lifting / dieting / training
- type of training
The general point is not to be looking to drugs to attain goals that can be reached w/ focused diet & training. Just being "in good shape" doesnt' mean you've actually spent time optimizing your diet & training. Drugs, esp if you know absolutely nothing about them, can just introduce things you didn't expect.... It is essentially self-medicating w/ male hormones....
Give us some detail so we can give better info. And yes read the stickies. And even better, since this is HER body, SHE might want to get involved in the research.... She is more than welcome on the board!
