I was doing dead lifts last week and felt a popping sound while first starting the 6th rep of 315lbs. It caused no pain at that time so I continued my workout but now I feel pressure and pain in the Rt. Lower quadrant of my rib cage. It feels like a cracked or broken rib. Is it possible for this to happen? I keep good form and have been doing deads for a while. Has anyone else had a problem like this? It sucks because I’m still dealing with a shoulder injury on the Rt. Side as well
