is this because im not breathing out enough and theres too much pressure....or just me leaning foward to far on the first lift up. its nearly always on the first rep so maybe im being to careless about form?
its not acidic/burning, but it feels stomachy so i REALLY dont wanna be giving myself a hiatus hernia anytime soon. any hints? im hoping i already dont have a haitus hernia
