Hey guys, this will be my first cycle and I still can’t seem to make a decision whether to do Tbol or Anavar (maybe both?) with test enanthate of course. Here are some options I’ve thought about:
Option 1:
Tbol and Test E
Week 1-12, Test E @500mg/each week
Week 1-6, Tbol @ 80mg/everyday
Option 2:
Anavar and Test E
Week 1-12, Test E @500mg/each week
Week 5-12, Anavar @ 60mg/everyday
Option 3:
Tbol, Anavar, and Test E
Week 1-12, Test E @500mg/each week
Week 1-4, Tbol @ 30mg/everyday (kick start)
Week 7-12, Anavar @ 60mg/everyday (finisher)
PCT:
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid? Not sure?
HCG? Not sure?
Aromasin or Arimidex on cycle just in case (which one is better?)

About me:
I am 22, and have been lifting for 3 years, 2.5 years seriously. I am 175cm (5’ 7”) and currently weigh 73.7kg (162lbs) @ 6% body fat. I have been cutting for a competition and weighed 83kg (182lbs) two months ago @ 12-13% body fat. My diet is pretty strict. I am carb cycling at the moment, 3 days low carb @ 2416cals, 151c, 302p, 67f, and 1 day high carb @ 3333cals, 417c, 250p, 74f. When bulking, 4000cals @ 500c, 250p, 111f.
I am looking to gain lean solid dry muscle that is maintainable after PCT. So which option do you guys recommend is the best? Also how much weight can I expect to gain on my first cycle, considering diet is spot on?
