I never eat absolute junk on my cheat meals. I view a cheat meal as a way to enjoy some foods that aren't on my regular diet.
For my last cheat meal, I made some pasta sauce with extra lean ground bison. I made some brown rice pasta and put the pasta sauce on top. I also had some grilled asparagus on the side. For dessert I made vegan black bean brownies.
