what does most woman use? what works best etc?

I've got several females friends who ask me what they should use...

any suggestions?

Anyway, alot of women have slow thyroid output. That might be something to look into for some of them. I have my wife on 1200mgs of A-L-Tyrosine and it's really helped her thyroid a bunch. She's losing weight again and feeling like a million bucks. Down like 25 lbs or something.
 
Fat loss is so simple it's mind blowing. People make a way bigger issue of this then required. Eat less, a lot less, then move more. There end of story.

IT'S ALL IN THE DISCIPLINE, LONG TERM DISCIPLINE. This is where most fall off the wagon and the search for an easy diet, pill or miracle begins.
 
run about 2-3 miles every other day for 3 days of the week.if they dont really do cardio build up the wind then take on the 2-3 miles when it is time.legs will be nice and toned,and if you are lucky the pounds should shed off.and also like everyone has said diet has a lot to do with it.
