Fat Loss Supp for Girl

Hey,

I am working with a girl on a fat loss supp... she does not wanna do the eca route...

currently 140 lookin to go to 125....what would you recommend as a woman?

Can we have her stats please? How long has she been training and what type of activity?

There is no magic bullet here.

Unless we are talking she wants to be *show-ready lean* most fat loss goals can be attained with proper diet and exercise. Can she come to the forum and post up herself? That would really help us to help her.

From 140 to 125 shouldn't need more then good clean nutrition, training and cardio
 
shes 5'6 140#

Good solid diet.... 1cheat per week..
cardio 5x per week

we understadn that it can be done on diet alone...but what about a little boost...

anything else besides LipoFlame?

Im the same stats- but cant get LIPOFLAME in Canada.. :worried:

Back when I was competing I used to take a product called Dymetidrine Xtreme, but it is my understanding that this product is now no longer available.

How long has she been doing cardio 5 x's p/week?
