I ate about 2000 calories a day and dieted down from251 to 215 but now my fat loss has slowed down which caused me to up my cardio.should i also up my caloric intake?

Give yourself a week at maintenance level calories... THen try NYC and cardio on an empty stomach...

Are you eating a clean 2g worth of calories??? Eliminate bread, fruit and rice until you hit your goal...

Ahhh the joys of "metabolic" adaption

So true !!!! You might want to try adapting wind sprints into your program, they do wonders for overcoming your obstacles, do wind sprints for 10-15 minutes 3-4 days per week, alternating sprint times and rest intervals

how do you know? his metabolism could be anything in a wide range based on many factors... even if he is in this so called 'starvation mode' how much do you think that will slow his metabolism max? 10% if so.. that's like a negative of probably 322 cals if you go 15 x BW he is at a maitanance of 3225 now he is eating 2000 calories... that means starvation mode slowed his metabolism down to 2903 so he is still burning an extra 903 cals per day.. unless you think starvation mode slows it more.... but someone should find some documentation on this and post so we can read... I don't care too much about it at this moment to go find and read it :P personally I've had good results going real low cal 700-1200 cals consuming just enough protein and not much of anything else, so I don't think starvation mode is that much of a set back as many people often say.. you loose super fast doing big caloric deficit... now some may say, ok when you are done dieting you will have a massive rebound effect since your metabolism will be snail like, well I never had too much problems with massive rebound, cause usually my stomach is shrunken, and I also do not want food as much after adapting to low cal.. so I slowly work back in and things seem fine.

just my view on it :X
