Fat loss help needed with clen/t3

I have hired two personal trainers for 12 weeks each starting January of 09’ and finished my last session in August. My total loss for this time period was a total of 20lbs and a drop of about 7%in BF. I have done an ECA stack twice for about 6 weeks at a time with little to no changes in my measurements. I weight train three times a week and cardio 3 times a week with two of those sessions being interval. My goal is to continue to lose body fat and add muscle to my body. I would like to be around 16% body fat or lose 10-15lbs whichever looks better. I have been stuck and can’t seem to get over the hump. I still have allot of belly fat to lose and consider my diet pretty good. I am considering doing a Clen/T3 cycle with Nolvadex & Arimidex & Metformin. Any advice on how to lose this stubborn fat would be appreciated

5:30 am Meal 1 (before training)
33g Natural Isopure
½ banana

Train 6:15-7:45am

8:00 am Meal 2 (after training)
33g Natural Isopure
½ banana
1 slice white bread
10:30 am Meal 3
2 eggs
2 egg whites
½ wheat bagel
1T. almond butter
1:00 pm Meal 4
4oz. bison
½ cup brown rice
3:30 pm Meal 5
Mixed greans
4oz. chicken
6:30 pm Meal 6
6oz. tilapia
Broccoli
9:00 pm Meal 7
½ cup cottage cheese

Go to bed at 9:30 pm





Resting Day – wake up at 6:30 am

Cardio 7:30am

8:45 am Meal 1
2 eggs
2 egg whites
½ grapefruit
12:00 pm Meal 2
Mixed greans
4oz. chicken
3:15 pm Meal 3
4oz. turkey
Green beans
6:30 pm Meal 4
6oz. orange roughy
Aspargus
9:00 pm Meal 5
½ cup cottage cheese

Go to bed at 9:30 pm

i would bump your cardio personally. clen and t3 are not magic and i wouldnt do any anti e unless your competing. you will not add muscle and lose fat at the same time. you cant add muscle in a cal deficet.

if you insist on t3 and clen, which isnt a good idea w/o AS support, i would start with 12.5 mg t3 and add a second dose after a week. clen 40mg am, and add another after a few days to see your tolerance. dont take clen after 3 pm or youll never sleep.
 
Thanks for the advice. My cycle length was going to be 6 weeks. Since I did not respond very well on eca do I cycle it in anyway on the 2 weeks when I'm off clen. I'm a bit confused on the anti e what are the + or - of using it with my cycle. In regards to the Cardio I have also began adding a 15-20 min session of the stair master at the end of my weight training days but no big difference. Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
 
What types of things do you drink during the day?
I know two cups of green tea cranks my thyroid up so high that my socks get damp!
You may want to try that first. Green tea works better than clean for me. No side effect or health issues with it either!
 
anti estrogens are used for contest to get you lean where we hold extra fat due to estrogen. once you go off, the results wont stay, and you risk frogging up your hormone levels. are you using any hormone based birth control?
 
I drink water the entire day, 1 gallon worth. I do occasionally drink green tea in the morning and even tried a green tea extract from Costco for about a month with no benefit.
 
5ft 8 140lbs 22% bf bro you need to concentrate on building mass right now, forget about burning fat for the time being. Jus by adding mass and not loosing a bit of fat ur bf% will drop alot.... Sounds crazy right?
