I did not do CKD, but I did do a similar low carb diet. I increased carbs slowly, and still stay away from crap food. I still do not eat carbs close to the time I go to sleep, but I eat a good bit after I work out. My body fat is the same as it was when I stopped low carbing. A week after a started eating carbs again I was up by about 6 pounds, mostly water.
