fast weightloss help

I need help losing weight. I mean I know long term weightloss takes time, but I want to lose 15-20 lbs. in approx. 1 month. Is there any thing I can do??? Please help.
 
cut carbs to zero for 4 hrs befor eyou go to bed and do 30-45 min of cardio 3 times a aweek that should do it and if not a supplement like xendrine or t-rex will do the trick oh and if you get a craving eat the junk as early in the morning after wakeing up as possible it will jump start your metabolism for the day :)
 
Do sprints... that kicked all my weight off last time. I go to the local high school track and sprint the straightaways for 4 times (you should work it up to 8 times, doing each one 2 times).

It really hurts but it works...enjoy!
 
Bear in mind that women, due to hormonal reasons, always loose body fat slightly slower than men. Even men find it virtually impossible to lose 15 ibs of fat in one month. Yes you could lose 15-20 ibs, but a large part of it would be water and muscle mass, not just fat. For those interested in lose fat very fast, a keto diet is the way to go. Post up your diet (be specific), routine, drug stack, suppliments, etc, for us, and we'll see what advice we can give.
 
Can I ask - what's the point? If you lose weight that quickly, you'll just rebound back to your original weight - if not a higher weight.
