Bear in mind that women, due to hormonal reasons, always loose body fat slightly slower than men. Even men find it virtually impossible to lose 15 ibs of fat in one month. Yes you could lose 15-20 ibs, but a large part of it would be water and muscle mass, not just fat. For those interested in lose fat very fast, a keto diet is the way to go.
