If I am lifting a weight do I want to move the weight fast or slow? I guess it depends for goals right? I see slower will probably build the muscle better but fast is more for explosiveness?
the goal when you are weight training for most of us is to break down muscle
if your goals are simply to move weight because you are training for strength then it will be different. but most people are not like that unless they compete in strength sports or they just like lifting heavy
