Facial bloat

Definitely retaining water, I'm not sweating as much and it shows in my face, any advice how to combat this? I'm 3 weeks in, second cycle, I'm doin armidex 0.5 eod, should I bump it up to .75 eod? I heard its estrogen related but is it just the side effects of test e?

it is clearly estrogen related and you likely need aromasin as opposed to arimidex but before you just go blasting ai's, you should get your estradiol tested to see how high it is... only 3 weeks in leads me to believe a few things... you are highly estrogen prone, you are dosing test too high, your arimidex is bad, etc.. it could be one or all of these... there's not enough info from you to make that determination...

you didn't mention how much test you were using

but you might not be someone who does well on test.

Or you can jus lower your carbs, and up your water intake. I have had the same problems

Only blood work will tell if it is definitely estrogen related.

I would get blood work done and see were your estrogen levels are at. That's the only way to know for sure if the water retention is from estrogen.
