I finished my OHP workout off with face pulls last night. Of course I did my Log Press, 2 board press, tric extensions, and chins...then did a set of 50 reps on face pulls and my upper back was burning quite nicely.
Today it is fairly sore...I like it and suggest them to everyone. I'm not for sure how effective that the high reps are but they have made me a little sore...so who knows.
