Extending my cutting plan to 10 weeks....

That's my other thread where I had planned to do a 5 week cutting cycle but now things have changed. 1 week into my cycle my nice beautiful bottle of winny broke(decided not to get more) and now I'm going to do it naturally and more gradually so I will extend my cutting plan to 10 good weeks. 1 week has passed so I have 9 more weeks to go. I will still however take more pics 4 weeks from now and another set of pics after this plan is done with. :)
 
Had a good amount of cheat meals this past weekend. Tommorow the torture continues again. Next cheat meals due for New Year's Eve. :) I live for the cheat meals! ;)
 
Ok I'm changing my workout routine during this time of dieting. The Krav classes are pretty intense so as to not overtrain my body during this time I will lessen how much I train a bodypart. Instead of once a week I will do once every 10 days or so and I used to train like this a while ago as well and I responded very well even during bulking periods so we'll see what happens with this schedule.

Krav Classes will still be on Monday and Friday but weight training will be 2 times a week on Thursdays and Sundays on a 3 day workout split.

Day 1 - Chest, Triceps, Delts Abs

Day 2 - Back, Biceps, Forearms, Abs

Day 3 - Legs, Abs

*I'd rather be sore during my Krav Classes and just push through it rather than be sore already for my weight training workouts and then just push through that so weight training will always be done the day before Krav.

Hmmmmm kind of reluctant to go back to this type of training but we'll see how it works out. Might even gain some good strength on this plan since there will be more rest days in between but with the Krav in there it might not. Either way it will allow for more recovery and I might not lose strength like I have already which isn't a good thing.

I took a few more pics today just for the hell of it. My girl was like "Awww look at your lil pudge on your lower back hanging over your jeans...." Lil fucker she is my shit isn't all that bad! I'm in pretty good shape leanness-wise right now! :mad: :p
 
Thx juicepimp only other time I had shit like that happen is when I shattered a winny amp a while back and also an amp or 2 of sustanon(before I got the amp openers) but it's still just one amp. :( All good I'm not stressing over it anymore.

As for pics I still have some film left in my camera and I haven't developed them yet. I haven't posted any pics on here in a long time but I'm sure you vets have some clue as to what I look like even though those pics were taken and posted a while ago. You can't see them anymore either because saint808 posted them a while back and he deleted them. Oh well I'll finish the film taking pics when I'm at the 5 week mark and post them and then I'll take more pics after the extended plan is over.
 
Feeling really good. Muscles feel full and I feel like I'm getting leaner every day. Even with all the cheating I have been doing the past 2 days I feel better than ever. I won't be cheating again until New Year's Eve. Damn that seems like such a long time. :p
 
Damn..... 2 weeks into my dieting and I'm dreading the 8 weeks to come... Wow 8 more weeks of this. :( :p Oh well fuck it. Suffering is good for me. :D Anyway tommorow is back, biceps, forearms, and abs. Can't fuckin wait!!
 
Weighed in at 204 this morning.... Holy shit I'm almost under 200 pounds..... :( Oh well I actually look alot better and much bigger since my muscles show more and more. I definately look better than when I was weighing over 220-230 that's for sure. Those days are long gone. Looking to hit 190-195 ripped once I'm done and then gain a few pounds of solid muscle naturally before hitting up my cycle in late Spring.
 
YES!!!! Did the 115's again today on incline dumbell presses! Don't know what happened with me last week. Got it up for 8 at least. I did lose some strength but overall still good to go. Ahhh it was nice this summer when I was "on" doing these for 15 reps. :p
 
I feel and look fuckin awesome right now. Went out last night and even had a few drinks and had a nice little cheat meal afterwards and this morning woke up feeling great. Ahhh 2 more weeks and post pics time. Then 5 more weeks still to ultimate ripped condition. Goal is to be 190 by the time I'm done. Can't wait til I get back on a cycle. A few more months.... This summer I'm gonna be at my best I have ever been in my whole life I KNOW IT!

In the work part of my life I'm also up for promotion to Fitness Program Manager if I want it. They asked me this before but I turned it down. Now I feel like I might want to take it because the position is open again since my current FPM is leaving to another gym. Definately alot more money but I also won't be able to train as much people since I'll be managing the other trainers as well as part of the gym.... We'll see.
 
I weighed myself this morning at the gym and I couldn't believe it!!! I weighed in at 199 pounds! Damn!! I lost weight quick and I cheated this past weekend. Ahhhh I haven't been under 200 in like 3 years. Getting really lean and loving it. Can't wait til I'm as ripped up as I want to be. Then I will just concentrate on packing on as much lean muscle mass and strength as possible. (Definately gonna get the weight back up to 200 and more but still be just as ripped.) :D
 
Yesterday was not such a good day let's just put it that way. I did make up for it today though by eating PERFECT and eating very small meals. Damn to think I still have 6 weeks of dieting left. :p
 
4 weeks into diet and all is well. I didn't go to Krav last week though and missed this week as well. Next week and I'm halfway done. Looking leaner and leaner every day still. Gotta get the extra cardio in through Krav though. Doing abs 3 times a week and they are really starting to come in now. Loving it. Upped in weight again due to extra carbs and calories taken in. Weighed in at 202 yesterday. :)
 
Taking a few days off my fat burning mix. Back to my Krav classes full blown this week. Went up 1 rep on incline dumbell presses. Back up to 9 reps on the 115's. My squat is going up again as well. Squatted 315 for 14 full reps.(Miss the good ol days of doing it for 22 reps though.) I'm actually gaining better on this weight training 2 times a week routine. This Wednesday and I'm halfway done with this plan.

During this phase I'm going to make a concentrated effort to really take in my protein shakes for breakfast with oatmeal and again post workout with a simple sugar. Gotta make a habit out of this and I know it will make a huge difference. :)

*3 weeks from now I will start tanning.
 
impressive strength for cutting down that much. How tall are you? Just curious because 115's at under two hundred pounds is a shit load of weight to rep with.

Damn I went off all fat burners this weekend from Friday til Sunday. Not only that but I ate so much these past few days. Ahhhhhhh eating ice cream as we speak. Tommorow I start it up again this time taking Dymetadrine Xtreme at 4 total pills a day at 2 divided doses. :)

I just thought of this now actually I got 9 up and I wasn't even on stimulants. Good shit next week I should get it up for 10!!! At least with my overall heightened calorie intake I should be able to. :)
 
I'm half-way into my dieting plan. Just cruising through it now eating moderately and not going crazy extreme with my diet. Everything kept in moderation. 5 more weeks of this. Still at 202 weighed in today but later on in the day after having had several meals in me. So nice to know I'll be Summer ready before the Spring even started. :p ;)

I actually feel you becasue I use to be 225-230lbs and then wanted to get that lean look. I am the same as you and havent been under 200lbs in about 4 years. How do you deal with the constant "you look smaller" comments. When i was doing it last spring it use to piss me off so bad and then I would look in the mirror and see some skinny kid. As a result i would start to eat more and through everything off. Right now i am about 210lbs and i think my "cut" wieght would be at 190lbs. But going below that 200lb mark scares the shit out of me..

Krav Maga which stands for "Contact Combat." It's the Israeli military fighting system which even our own S.W.A.T. teams and special forces guys are taught now. 2/3 of the class is conditioning and all kinds of drills to up our overall conditioning and speed and power with specific moves. The other 1/3 of it is the specific self defence and fighting moves. Real practical real world combat is what I sum it up to be.

I do look a bit smaller when I where clothes but I also look so much more athletic and so much nicer and symetrical. I like to where nice fitting stylish clothes so when you're leaner you actually look much better. My face is so chiseled now I love it! All good though too because during Summer when I'll be in tank tops most of the time or on the beach I will look 10 times better than if I had that extra 20 pounds of useless fat on me. Don't get me wrong guys I'm definately not just some pretty boy type. I love lifting heavy free weights and squats and presses and rows and also enjoy my fighting classes which I reall push myself. I also just like to look good as well. Balance is the key I say.

*I might even take this year off of the sauce. Right now being leaner and "natural" I look better than when I was "on" anyway this Summer and bulkier at 220-ish.

Ahhh forgot to answer this. I go by my instints on this having trained and dieted for years to know how my body fully works. I eat a moderate amount of protein, carbs and fats for most of the week and then sometimes I will cheat and go higher on everything. Nothing crazy or elaborate but it works for me. Yeah I know I could still do better of course but I'm fine with how this plan is working for me. :)
 
yea last night i was at the bar and this girl i havent seen in a while says, "oh you lost so much wieght".... now was cause I was fat or because i was alot more muscular??..shit like that pisses me off and u know its true because a girl said it..

See it's different because I too get that comment alot but they also say that I look so much better and alot more muscular so I know they mean fat weight.

I visited the strip club today that I used to bounce at and one of the dj's there was like, "Damn you lost alot of weight! You're definately still big but not like when you used to work here." He said I looked much better overall though. Mind you I was wearing clothes of course because when my shirt is off I look much bigger or when I'm wearing a tank top. The leaner you are the more muscle definition shows. :)

LOL yeah right! I said "FUCK IT" and decided to get 40cc's worth of winny just yesterday. I will again take this at 75mg ed until it runs out which will be right about the time I'm done with this plan. I start tonight and will take all 75mg in one dose and then 37.5mg 2 times a day ed.

I still want to do a good primobolan cycle this Summer along with some d-bol. :)

Everything coming along smoothly. Overall haven't been 100% on point with my eating and I have been missing my second Krav class on Thursday here and there.

Currently on 75mg winny ed taken all at once in one dose upon waking.

Dymetadrine Xtreme taken 2 times a day at 2 pills each dose. On Friday taking 2 pills only for one dose and on Saturday taking 1 pill at one dose before going back on regular dosing.

My 2 days a week weight training routine seems to be working well for me. Wednesday and Sunday I do weights I train a bodypart once every 10 days. Helps my joints overall recover since the Krav is hard on the joints and I always lift heavy still. Krav Maga I take on Monday's and Thursday's and will not miss my Thursday classes anymore.

Overall my diet will still stay the same. Everything moderate and cheating every now and then. It's still winter and everything is coming along nicely.

My next cutting plan after taking some time off I will probably do winny again at 100mg ed for a good 6 weeks taking milk thistle and cranberry juice extract during this time.
 
Ahhhh 2 weeks left tommorow. Where does the time go. Just took some new pics yesterday. I'm done with the winny already though. I liked it and was thinking of going longer but I'll just wait until May when it really counts. Been going out more as well but all in all everything is runnoing smoothly. Can't say my diet or training has been 100% perfect but I'm in pretty good shape considering it's winter and I've been drinking here and there. All in all I'm really enjoying myself right now and I feel better than I have ever been in a long time. Can't fuckin wait til the weather gets warm!!!

Once I'm done in about 2 weeks everyone can marvel at my wonderful physique. Hehehehe j/k. Haven't posted pics on here in almost 2 years.

Anyway been off the winny and not noticing any negative effects being off. Funny though I noticed I was holding a little extra water while on it. Nothing that made me bloated but overall made me look fuller. Not just muscle-wise though but also a little in the face. I guess due to overall retension of fluids when on anabolics.

Gonna cut back on the drinking and clubbing for a bit. LOL and I was just getting back into it. Gotta focus. Once in a while going out but I've been going out several times a week. Gotta get focused. On the plus side though I haven't been this lean during winter in forever. I always bulk up and I don't ever want to ever again. Even when I go out and cheat I still wake up feeling much better and looking much better since I'm not carrying all that extra weight. Even though this plan was just for 10 weeks I'm gonna keep this up until I get as lean as I want. Maybe right before Summer I will really diet hard and strict for a few weeks just to get everything perfect.

Next cycle in late Spring will be homemade eq at 500mg/week for a good 10 weeks. Gonna go back to taking my old tried and true protein shake that always worked well for me and never upset my stomach, Nature's Best Perfect RX.

On the negative side through all of this my right wrist has been bothering me a bit. Nothing I'm sure a little rest won't cure. I've been resting it by not going to my Krav Classes as much and giving myself some more rest days in between. What can I say. I love training heavy and the Krav is high impact. Again I'll rest it up a bit. We'll see. I'll keep everyone updated. If anything later down the road I'll take a little deca and I'm sure it will all be ok. It's always worked well for me in the past.

Well looks like that didn't go according to plan. I'm just not crazy focused into it right now. My priorities are making money at work and just having a good time while still maintaining my good looks of course but not going into it crazy. LOL! Well this week went out on Wednesday and then again went out to Deko yesterday and got fucked up! Damn I'm having a little too much fun. All good though I'm most likely just gonna post up the before pics and the pics I last took recently since lately I haven't been training as much or dieting. Although I still do weigh the same. I'm maitaining pretty good. Tommorow I'm hitting everything up with a good solid back, biceps, forearms, and abs workout! I can't wait! :p

0o0o0o0o0o yes everyone Mike P.T. isn't perfect and doesn't eat chicken and rice every day and also likes to go out and have fun. I know to some of you hardcore guys that's not allowed but for me I like to LIVE too you know and to each his own. Balance is the key to life. Definately not letting myself go. I like looking good too much anyway. Hehehehe..... :D
