Hi Folks!
Feels g8 to be part of such a superb forum! I have developed wrist pain(upon rotation ) after doing some heavy upright rows.
Is it ok to use wrist wraps and continue with my training (avoiding rows of course) or should I take a week or so off.I mean can I "work around" such an injury.I tried anti inflammatory pills but to no avail.
