What about if we post some original non standard experimental recipes?
Soya beans and rise omelet.
Ingredients:
Boiled soya beans: ~80gr.
Boiled rise: ~80gr.
Eggs: 2 (2 whites, 1 yellow).
Cheese: 2 types (I used cheddar and feta, maybe a soft one could be more suitable).
Chopped vegetables: any type that can be eaten raw (I used a Chinese mixture).
Olive oil: ~2 spoons.
Cornflour: half spoon dissolved in milk.
Preparation:
The nasty part: use a multiprocessor to blend the beans and the rise, add the milk and the olive oil to make it easy. If you like what you are about to prepare, next time you can blend a hole bunch and put it in individual bags in the freezer.
Whisk the whites. Add the yellow and mix. Add the vegetables and the cheese chopped in small pieces. Add the blended bean-rise, salt and pepper and mix all together.
Put the mixture in a Teflon fraying pan in very slow fire and cook until you think that this side is ready (that wasn’t professional at all). To turn it you can use a plate, slip the omelet there, cover it with the pan and turn the plate-pan so the omelet falls into the pan in the opposite side. Once again, cook it until you can hold to eat that … “tasty thing” !
Bon appétit!
Do I have gain the heart of any of the nice ladies here with this?
