I have had "gyno" since I was about 15 and was told by my family physician that it was due to a hormone imbalance and that it would go away over time. I'm now 22 and it is still very much present under the nipple. I have contemplated surgery but can't get over the amount of time I will have to take off working out for it. Does anyone have any suggestions or know if there is any other way to decrease existing gyno? Thanks in advance
