exercise for Alzheimer

Hi everyone, some doctors say exercise helps to slow alzheimer's progression, mi mother is experiencing early alzheimer's symptoms and would like to know what type of exercise she should do to slow down alzheimer's , thank you.

surprised a doctor would say that since they just want to push drugs on people.

but yeah staying mentally and physically active can delay it from getting worse and worse.

we also know consuming heavy metals and pesticides can make it worse.. so maybe get her to start buying organic and buying her a water filter at home that will filter out shit

Any exercise is good. Try to find something she enjoys. That is most important because she will want to do it and stick to it if it is fun.

What @MasonicBodybuilder said is 100% true.

ANY exercise is great. The key is finding things she enjoys so she wants to do it and stays consistent.

Some ideas - swimming, dance classes, yoga, maybe a martial arts class?

Testosterone actually protects the brain from Alzheimers, there's a lot of studies out there showing this, as women age the hormones in their bodies drop including the testosterone they have.

If I were you and serious about helping your mother, take her to the Dr and ask for Hormone Replacement Therapy.
