I was able to put up 285 for one. This is after my 3 weeks of cutting. I'm really happy. I dropped 8 or 10 pounds, and didn't lose much strength at all. Before, my bench was around 300.
I followed bench up with incline db press, doing easy sets with 75s, 80s, and 85s. I then did tris. Close grip was stronger than it has been while cutting. Dips with +75 lbs felt excellent.
Monday I am starting up the 5x5 again. I cannot wait!! I will also be posting up another daily training journal. So, you can look forward to that, too. Haha.
