Offseason
- 10iu GH
- 1000-1500mg Test overall, any ester.
- 400-600mg of another anabolic stacked with the Test, either Deca, Primo, or EQ.
- 50-100mg of Anadrol used on and off.
- Slin on and off

Precontest
- 10iu GH
- 1000mg-1500mg Test overall, any ester. Drop 2 weeks out from show.
- 600mg Primo
- 600mg Mast E or P, either started at beginning of Prep, or added in last 6-8 weeks. Dosage ramped up towards the end to 1000mg+. Would use Mast P if added in last 6-8 weeks.
- 300-400mg Tren Ace added last 6-8 weeks.
- 50-100mg Winstrol added last 6-8 weeks, dosage ramps up like Masteron.
- 20mg Halotestin added last 2 weeks.
- Slin used on and off on high card/refeed days.

That's more realistic.
