Ever consume 10,000 calories

Closer to 11 a couple of times. It was during a carb refeeds on the weekend a while back...and blah blah blah...don't ask. Not something to try on a regular basis. The trick is calorie dense foods.

B12 is supposed to help with appetite.
 
Dont consume any liquids that don't have calories...like water or diet soda.

Beef, Peanut Butter, Whole Chocolate Milk...stuff like that and 10,000 is pretty easy spread over the course of a day. I try to stay around 6-7,000 a day and could easily take in another 3K if necessary...but it's not so I don't.
 
2 dozen doughnuts, 1 litre of ice cream, a cake, some chips a few chocolate bars.

I ate a barrel of KFC once too.

I haven't done anything like this since I was a kid; can't handle sugar..............especially the hangovers.:p
