Warmups - lots of hang cleans+front squats+power jerk, and hang powersnatches with overhead squat - 45lbs, 75lbs, 95lbs
One set of full back squat to behind the neck push press 75lbs

rest - 2 to 4mins

Powersnatch+Hang powersnatch 115lbs

Complexed with jump squats, 2mins between them and then 3-4 mins rest between each complex

135lbs x 6 - pause at the sticking point for 2 secs.

Had I been fresh I would have had a 3x3 PR with 325lbs I think.

Great job! By the time those bumper plates get to your gym you'll be ready to drop some serious weight.

I've got to catch you on full squats... I barely got 1 rep with 325.
 
you will have 325x3 next crack for sure.

your form on the power snatchs is good.....you are comming a long way.....mainly due to correct starting positions........my only problem is your eye level.....you look like you are looking down
