How do you measure 1% loss of bodyfat?
For me I lose a lot of weight in the first week and last week due to fluid loss, but I otherwise assume 75% of my weight loss is from fat if all goes well. This works out close to 1% per week on average for me too, but in terms of weight it is more than that. I lose a lot of muscle going from around 12% down to 8%. Those last four weeks are a killer
