My diet is pretty consistent with little changes to stop me getting sick, could someone give me a guess of how many cals this is, doesnt have to be dead accurate if you said 2-2.5k cals that would be fine but Im not sure what it is at all...

Currently I am doing like a clean bulk w/ cardio and slightly restricted carbs, this way Im loosing bodyfat and pretty much every workout I set PR's on every lift.

Breakfast -
50g oats, 200ml organic whole milk and a handful of either dried apricots, blueberries, raisens or dryed mango made into porridge.
3 whole large eggs, 200g organic cottage cheese or 500ml organic whole milk

11.15 -
100g chicken with one wholemeal pitter bread

12.35 -
same as 11.15

5.30 -
usually 200g chicken breast with 50g brown rice

6.00 - 8.30 gym

9.00-9.30
225g lean steak with 200g white potatoes

11.00
if Im hungry before bed I will have 200g organic cottage cheese here
