From what i have read I don't care for it....but I haven't tried it so I am in no position to say. I think that DC's program is somewhat similar but a lot better. This is assuming your goal is hypertrophy first and strength second.
At the top of the board in spatt's training methods sticky click on DC training....Debasser outlines it but I suggest you click on the links to the articles written by dc himself. It is basically a modern version of Dorian Yates's program that focuses on less volume but much more frequency...it is a really great program for a bodybuilder
