Hey everyone its PUNCH. I have been flaky with my postings because I have been so busy, but I miss talking to everyone.

Anyway, last week I started taking 1-AD with this new MAG 10 stuff. Has anyone had any positive effects with either or both together. Currently I am taking 2 AD's and 1 dose of MAG 10. This week I will increase to 3 AD's and 2 doses of MAG 10. I dont know if this seems excessive, thats where your experience comes to play. Anyone with INTELLIGENT feedback please reply.

By the way I am taking 150 g of whey and lots of Glutamine daily. I think in total 225-300 g of protien per day and I am training like a beast. How long before I should see any results? Thanks

Taking both together is pointless, really. Mag-10 is a variant on what 1-AD becomes in the body anyway, except the added 4-AD.

so the 4 AD addition is not worth it? I thought perhaps the delivery system of MAG 10 was more suited for pre workout supplementation as it is in liquid form.

Mag-10 contains Androst-1-ene which is what 1-AD eventually converts to in the body. So the Androst-1-ene needs no conversion. Mag-10 also uses an ethylcarbonate ester form of both the Androst-1-ene and the 4-AD so that it has a "protective group" as it passes through the body. Supposedly, this is supposed to deliver almost all of the active ingredients into the blood stream before breaking down. I highly doubt the efficiency is THAT high, but Mag-10 did work very well for me.

Mag-10 is not designed to be a pre-workout supplement. The ingredients are designed to put the body in a highly anobolic state for long periods of time (like 12 hours or more). So it isn't neccesary to take it right before working out.

I'd reccomend you use one or the other right now and see how you like it... then try the other product at another time and compare the results of the two.

good idea bro! I guess that it would be prudent to see how each works independently before combining the two. That being said, which one is the better of the two. I have heard good things about both..

I paid $70.00 for mine. But all this shit is overpriced anyway. I have tried every kind of prohormone out there, I just hope this finally works!!!

1-ad is the better choice out of the 2 you have right now.

i personally would return them both and buy avant labs ONE/ONE+ or molecular's 1-t ethergels

The one thing people need to remember is, not everyone responds identically to everything. Some people might see better results than others, some may see no results, and some people may sound like a walking ad for the company.

There are also a lot of variables to consider when you add any "supplement" to what you are already doing. If you have a great workout ethic and have a good diet, most likely that supplement or supplements you use will give you an added boost. However if you don't give a crap about those foundations, supplements are most likely not going to do jack for you.

A lot of people that complain about stuff not working is because they don't have the basic building blocks down to a "T".

Punch, it sounds like you are doing pretty well for yourself in the training and diet department, so you should see noticable results withing a couple of weeks or even sooner.

I did one 2-week cycle with Mag-10 taking one dose in the morning and I gained about 10 lbs, of which probably 7-8 were muscle. Then, about 6 weeks after that cycle I did an 8 week cycle of taking Mag-10 in the morning and Avant Labs One + in the evening. I gained about 15 lbs and my strength increases were incredible. I had increased my bench by a good 40 pounds and that is incredible for me. My bench is probably my worst lift and it never seems to go up.

Good luck!! Let me know if you need anything else.

By the way, I've seen Mag-10 for as low as about $58-59.

thanks for sharing your experience. I agree with you 100% regarding the effects on different people. Most people who " Complain" about these products dont take them properly. If your going to spend the money and effort you mind as well max it out. Tons of protien, quality carbs, insane training and lastly lots of rest. Its not rocket science. I personally am at a stage in my training where I need a little something to take me to the next level. If MAG 10 or 1 AD can help, all the better. LOL
