im new with equipoise. so need some help. Im 6'2 205 lbs. and just got 200ml 20 cc bottle of equ. not wanting to take it to gain much weight. already at a weight im happy with. so really the question is what will taking 400-600 mg a wk for10-12 wks w/ agressive daily cardio/lifting workouts do. Along with strict diet. ex. no carbs, low calorie and pretty much just eating very healthy as in egg whites, chicken breast, vegies, tuna and such. and no condiments except for mustard. trying to lean out and rip up core and pretty much just look good (not get massivly big) good idea? please help yall. any advice yall have on my goals would be much appreciated. anywhere from the diet to if i need to stack the equ. with something.
