EQ all the way, both have their pros & cons, EQ=vascularity,lean muscle ,really shines on wk 14-16,cons Anxiety(altho i never experienced none) Increases appetite so you need a CLEAN Diet
Primo=lean muscle gains even on a calorie defecient diet,con's its pricey and you need at least 400-600mgs for good results!.
