SOMEBODY HELP ME......I need to get off ephedrine..how do I beat the w/drawl?

Also what is a good clen dosage, and has anyone used thyrocuts?

i went right off of it, however i did go right back to how i was pre-ephedra. Lazy, unmotivated, lethargic, yes i know those are symptoms of crash. That was just how i was and why i put on 20-30 pound when im out of a sports season...

I have stopped using ephedrine and although not as motivated or psyched i still have the same fitness so i can still train to same intensities.
 
Your body will adapt to daily Ephedrine use in about 12 weeks if you're taking it 2-3x daily. No reason to be on for 1.5 yrs.

I've never heard of anyone having Ephedrine w-drawl. Ever.

Just stop it and start taking some other stimulant. NYC from anabolicfitness.com is cool.

Really, there is no reason to quit ephedrine unless you have heart problems or you've been on it for 12+ weeks.
 
i have known lots of people with ephedrine withdrawl, that shit is not funny, seriously it is not a laughing matter. I have gotten so depressed after coming off ephedrine i even thought of suicide. It is a stimulant and if you have been on it for a while, you should atleast drink cofee a few times a day when you first come off of it, just my two cents-josh
 
Ok lets clear up some misconceptions

1. Heat from E-HCL deos subside with weeks of use
2. Although you cant "FEEL" it, Ephedrine effects will actually INCREASE BY A RATHER LARGE AMOUNT (from 3% raise to 10% raise in metabolism) when used chronically so there is NO NEED TO CYCLE USE.

People usually say since they cant feel it working they must increase the dose and with ephedrine this is a BAD IDEA, it is working better and better the longer you take it so keep DOSES LOW

3. Addition of Taurine (at 4-6g Daily) may bring back hot/energetic feeling (Animal posted a study about beta anatagoists and Taurine but I dont have it)

4. Tyrosine should be used only for short periods of time. Chorinic high-dosing of L-Tyrosine may cause parkinsons later in life (any chronic raising of dopamine may)

5. See Taurine post above. Taurine wil lhelp restore lowered t3-t4 conversion which is responsbile for part of "rebound"
