Greeting my fellow followers! Many of you would have followed my Enter the Beast log a little while back. I have updated and closed of that thread as of today. Its VERY informative for those who havent read it and i'll post the link below:

I completed a 6 week cycle of Beast/Kata/Transdermal and boy the results were outstanding. Especially in terms of strength. I even did a "self reflection" post in that thread for all the do's and dont's for next time!

Anyway moving on, I had a one to two week break and started as of yesterday a TRIPLE SARMS stack to lean the f**k out. I didnt put on too much fat during my last beast cycle but I already had a fair bit of fat on me so time to clean up before december holidays =)

Here is my current stats:

Age 25
Weight 88.8kg/196lbs
Height 6 feet
Bf% probably mid 20's...(yuck)

LOL...I made a good 11-13lbs gain...and now its time to chisel this f**ker up!

The SARMS cycle im embarking on is:

SARMS CYCLE (S4, OSTA, GW)

1-8 s4 50 mg a day... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg four to six hours later

Im running DAA for the first 4 weeks cause I have been on HC generate for 8 weeks so I need a break before I start that up again. ALSO im starting my forma from week 5 onwards since i have been on that for 8 weeks or so as well...

My pre workout supps include N2KTS/N2 Amp and Gear. I'll also be taking lean Whey to Build Protein, glutamine, multi vitamins and fish oil.

Diet is basically:

[FONT=&quot]2000 - 2200 calories[/FONT]

I will post up my exact diet with macro breakdown soon when I get the chance...

Workout is basically Push Pull Legs Abs with about 4 days of cardio (maybe more if I get the chance).

So there we have it...lets see how we go. Im hoping the 20mg of GW really helps me lean out.

I've heard good things so lets roll!!
 
Ok so day one was yesterday...PUSH day...

The GW and Osta tastes like absolute crap. Think gasoline...but tastes more like a really really strong shot...burns as it goes down! ha ha ha...something like a Barcadi 151 shot!

My S-4 and Osta is from Unique and GW from Great White Peptides...

My workout went awesome....lots of energy and for some reason I felt slightly stronger. May have been a placebo effect but considering my low carb intake I didnt struggle as much. My rest periods are 1-1.5 mins only and I try to superset certain exercises.

Basically I did Flat BB, Incline DB, Decline BB, Behind the neck presses, OH DB preses, skull crushers and tricep pull downs.

All compound lifts 4 sets of 6 reps
Isolation 2-3 sets of 8 reps

By the end of it I felt bloody good...tired but a great workout!


This morning I got up and did fasted cardio for about 25 mins...i also did some ab work and will probably do another un in the afternoon.

So far so good. No sides (i.e. vision problems) so far but hey its only been a day and a half.

I'll keep this updated as much as I can.

Im just wondering what a good pace or reasonable outlook is so that I can monitor my own progress against a "benchmark"...

U reckon 4lbs a week of weight loss is something achievable or perhaps more/less??

I'm aiming to lose 20lbs dunno if its achievable tho :S

Either way imma gun it!!

I just chase it with water! I take a little gulp of water, keep it in my mouth, shoot the nasty stuff (sounds wrong) into my mouth and then take it in. Repeat the process for the other stuff too...

GW by far is the worst though...."fire water" as Eddie Griffin used to say! ha ha

I followed your beast log and I'll keep an eye on this one. I ran an Osta/s4 run and I enjoyed it. I dropped bf%, increased in strength and endurance.
I will definitely run again.

Holy crap. I had my Pull day yesterday and my whole body is SO sore! It was an outstanding workout...very little breaks between sets and pushing max weights where possible.

I have already noticed (its only been 4 days roughly) increased vascularity, muscle hardness and an all day body pump. The pumps whilst at the gym is amazing too....especially considering im on N2KTS as well. I havent received my N2 Amp yet....but obviously when that arrives it will be insane!

I reckon due to the carbs, my mid section looks less bloated....but it may just be because of the GW since im running it at 20mg.

Does anyone know for sure how quickly all three components start really kicking in?

Weigh in will be Monday. Cardio session today. Gonna run like forest!
 
Thanks get huge! I can definately feel some strength gains and endurance from the stack already. Im guessing its only gonna get better.

Anyway I had my leg workout yesterday. Smashed it...bloody sore today!

My diet this week hasnt been top notch. Could have been much cleaner but i'll ensure its way more on point next week.

My midsection looks a lil more flatter....so im curious to see if I lost any bf. Cant wait for the weigh in on monday!

I did Abs today. About 4 ab exercises 4 sets each...tried to kill it...feeling it still!

Going to go for a run tonight and 2morro early morning with some more ab work...

i ran s4- and osta as my first stack ever. i got some good solid strength gains. but the biggest gains through out was defenetly the endurance.
cardio some how became fun. mid week two i really started to notice vascular gains...... i dropped about 4% or better bf will adding strength.

I am hoping I get just as good a result as you, if not im hoping the GW adds even more of a fat loss.

Im into my second week of sarms now...lets see how it develops...
 
Ok so WEIGH IN UPDATE!

Before: 88.8kg/195.77 lbs
Progress: 88.5kg/195lbs

ha ha ha...so my weight has not changed. The funny thing is though I appear slimmer, flatter and my muscles lok and feel much harder! I swaer it looks like i've lost a few lbs!

Granted my diet was not fully clean this week, but I busted my ass in gym and even with cardio on off days.

Im wondering why the scale hasnt moved considering I appear as though I've lost bf!

Anyway back to the drawing board...gotta ramp up my workouts this week and keep my diet super super clean.
 
I had the same results throughout my sarms cycle bro. Bigger and stronger, Looked leaner and more vascular but never lost any weight - in fact gained a few lbs

How significant was your bf changes?

Were u on triple stack as well? How high did u run GW?

Hearing this from you gives me some hope that its actually working!

Hey bro - my results didn't seem typical to what others experiences were - especially considering my diet and goals. I didn't lose significant bodyfat even though I was in a major calorie deficit...I may have lost a few %pts...check out the thread below where I talked about my cycle and results.

So yesterday was my push day.

Everything went well...huge session at the gym. Strength increased on some exercises, others were the same. Definately feeling better pumps and energy at the gym. The GW is also giving a nice boost in endurance.

I appear leaner and meaner! ha ha...but like I said in my earlier post no weight decreases so far.

I've cleaned up my diet even more this week. High Protein, very little carbs and protein.

Today I will be doing abs and cardio...aiming to burn 300 calories through cardio alone.

Will keep u guys updated.

And thanks waco, i'll be checking out ur log...
 
dont swet the scale bro.. you could be unknowingly re comping...
on a natty cut the scale works good as a quick reference. but with "assistance" i would lean more to the tape measure. jmho

round2, yea i guess I need to bust out the tape measure! I'm definately more leaner even though its only been a week and a half...and my mid section appears smaller....but i didnt do any measurements. I'll attend to this ASAP and post up my measurements for the areas im trying to lose some bf

Reading a bit more on this forum and honestly, with the triple stack, people dont seem to report big drops in bf :S its making me SO worried cause thats the main reason I got onto sarms. Muscle wise im fine, but the reason i also considered s4 and osta was because i didnt want to LOSE muscle while dropping large bf...i couldnt really care to add more but if im losing heaps of bf and still gain a little muscle than thats awesome. I just dont want to COMPROMISE losing fat =(

your diet is what is going to determine what you get out of this cycle. strength gains may just have to be a bonus. age old facts eat at surplus you gain. eat at defiant you lose eat at maintenance and you maintain.
dont get down bud. get moving. keep up with your weight training and kill the cardio beyond just burning a few cals.
eat right train hard and win big!!!

Ur the man bro. I was feeling down the other day and u brought me right back up. I just needed a little boost....thanks bro, ur words have been very motivating, encouraging and supportive.

I did my pull workout yesterday and i killed all my PR's...amazing pump and feeling! My body is just so f**ked today. Im in so much muscular pain! ha ha ha

I did cardio today from 30 mins but on a inclince and HIIT training method. I was toast!

I'll keep it up and thanks for ur support. I'll KILL THAT SHIT going forward!

Hey totally unrelated question here, but during your beast cycle did your cardio suffer? like did you find you had less endurance and stuff? I know Tren is pretty harsh on the cardio. On the flip side sarms seem to be wicked for cardio and cutting/ recomp. Keep up the good work!

Bro to be honest I BEARLY did any cardio while on my beast cycle. I used to get CRAZY shin splints...therefore I just concentrated on eating and lifting big...

Sorry I couldnt be of much help. But if u asked me cardio in the bedroom....then yes, i used to get out of breath pretty quickly when i used to f**k my girl...cramps etc as well! lol...

A week after the beast everything "cardio" wise was fine ; ) LOL

True story.,...
 
ok so UPDATE time!!!

I weighed my self this morning and I was 87.7kg/193lbs!

So basically I lost 1.1kg/2.5lbs....

I know nothing to get excited about but the mirror tells me im more leaner, appear bigger yet my weight dropped! That only means it could be fat. Plus this week I could have been even STRICTER with my diet and cardio, so its good to see positive results despite my habits.

This has given me the motivation to KILL THAT SHIT. Imma stay super clean this week and run like a madman...lets see if we can drop another kilo or 2lbs this week...

So yesterday I had my push day. I went up on some of my lifts...granted by only a little bit.

My endurance seems to be really good...but strength on the other hand isnt as good. I mean its good considering im on BARELY any carbs...i felt a little week in the gym yesterday despite going up on just one or two of my exercises.

But its safe to say the way im working out, if I was on a natural cutting phase, my body couldnt do what it is doing right now with basically no carbs and low calorie intake!

So is the stack working? I'd say so. I appear more cut, muscle separation is getting better...just need to keep killing it like waco said! I wana lose another 2 lbs this week!
 
Sorry for not updating my log in so long.

Anyway im into week 4 of my triple attach sarms and here is my weigh in from monday:

Before 88.8kg/195.77lbs
Current: 86.9kg/191.5lbs

So I've lost just over 4 pounds so far.

My strength has been increasing slowly and steadily (not as insane as something like Beast) however the benefits of Sarms are really showing. Im leaning out nice, more vascular, more endurance, I feel just awesome, libido is high and I'm harder then ever (in more than one way ; ) ).

So end of this week I will start my forma and N2 Slin along with HC Generate to limit any little suppression I may have....so far I havent noticed any suppression at all and libido has been stellar!

I'll keep u guys updated more often if possible. I wana lose at least another 4-6lbs in the next four weeks...

Today is the much hated leg day =(

Thats 5 pounds so far. I will be really ramping up my cardio and diet this week...although I havent lost much weight, I have decreased bf significantly. Its pretty obvious. So im not worried at how much i've dropped. Im recomping nicely...

I started forma and N2 Slin and HC Generate from this week until the end of week 8... (except for N2 Slin which i'll continue until the bottle runs out (around PCT time).

As far as sides go im starting to see a bit of a yellow tint when I come out of the gym...which is usually in the afternoon....and at night its really hard to see in the dark...lol...my friend (who doesnt know im on SARMS) asked me whether im blind the other night cause I couldnt put my key into the car door lock! LOL...

Anyway other than that no other sides. And the vision sides arent too bad...i heard of worse cases with other people on here...

Libido is awesome...but these next four weeks im gonna be ramping up everything...I wana lose another 5 pounds if I can...
