Endomorph to Endomorph

I am sure there are succesful endomorphs out there. In the past I have had success in getting lean. But it seems one cheat day fuks me all up. Anyways I was wondering if endos can list there diet or give tips to a struggling endo.

Carbs early in the day, tapered down to little to none at night.

Healthy fats from flax & peanut butter.

Keto diets work wonders for me, but I only do them short term to get started when cutting.

Well for the last two day I have been doing that. I am eating 2000 to 2100 cals. Ketoe maybe an option though. I have done it before but It was leaving me tired all the time.

Put up some stats or no one on here is really going to have anything to work with to help you.

Height, weight, Bf%, your diet, workouts, etc

Bro, I was over 30% bf when I started training. I find keeping my carbs low, and limiting myself to one carbup a week gives me best results year round. For cutting I up the cardio and reduce calories, but follow the same type of basic diet plan. CKD for me year round. I've tried to do high carb, or buffet type bulks and I gain more fat than muscle. I can eat 5000+ cals a day on a ckd and not gain much, if any bodyfat. For an endo eating clean year round is essential, and you need to do some cardio during your bulking phase.

I do in a bulking phase, anywhere from 10 grams to 80'ish (only on days I need a little more, and it is just natural peanut butter) but average around 20. You can experiment with it and see how a ckd works for you, but until you get used to it, you will not like it. LoL
