End of Week 2 - CKD Results

Sigh, my out of town trip had it's effects...

Thursday - 224.5

Just placed an order for more ALA, CLEN and a few other items.
 
Yup. I am officially 'at the wall'!!!

Tuesday - 223.5

My diet was not great this weekend and I did drink quite a bit on Saturday night.

I have a Clen order to arrive sometime this week. I will switch from my ECA stack to CLEN and if I don't see any improvement in 2 weeks time, I am going back to maintaince for about 1 month. I really hope it doesn't come to that as I really want to lose this last 20 before I planned on bulking (July 1st).

I have also realized that I have lost a bit of muscle in the last month. I tried on a shirt that was tight on the arms a couple of months ago that is now fairly loose... not happy about that. I bet the muscle loss is due to my shoulder injury however. I've had to 'lighten up' and that with the low cals = muscle loss.

Anyways, I would love to hear feedback from any of the elite that has read my entire thread. I trust most of the logical information that comes from this board.

While I am at it, Thursday - 220.5

I should have my fat calipers in this week, I post my current % as soon as I get them.

When I was on CKD, I ate lots of hamburger meat, Franks, Cheese, ranch dressing, eggs with lot's of cheese, sausage, stuff like that.

When I went 'clean', I dropped everything and I now eat Lean meats, Chicken, tuna, Olive Oil, Flax seed oil. Any carbs are higher on the GI.

You must keep track of cals, otherwise eating so crappy on CKD will result in weight gain.

Flexygrl, no one will yell if you start another thread. The more info/results we have for the CKD, the better!!!
 
Friday - 218.5

My first day of VPX Clenbutrx and OMFG this sh*t jacks me totally up!!! Typing is more difficult then normal due to the massive shakes. I have goose bumps from head to toe and I am sweating quite a bit. I plan on staying on this for 2 weeks, then bouncing back to ECA for a final 2 weeks. By then, I hope I am at 200 and will start bulking again.

Last night was my first night to do deadlifts and I am so happy with them. My back is wrecked!!!! (in a good way). I was worried at first about not using a belt but I think as long as I build up slowly, I should be fine.

My Digital Fat Calipers came in the mail, but I don't think I am performing the test correctly. So far, it's ranged from 21 - 29 percent. Lot's of people use this model, so I think I am doing something wrong.

I also increased my water intake to at least a gallon a day. I have not noticed anything different as a result.

My wife and I have a rather, 'active' lifestyle that involves drinking on Friday or Saturday night. I am switching to Gin this weekend from Mich Ultra as I understand Gin is the 'best' of all the booze to drink. I am mixing it with tonic so all should be good. Any comments on booze?

Anyways, that's it for now.
