End of Week 2 - CKD Results

I regret not getting my BF% taken however, as I think I have gained lean mass during this time as well, but really don't know without that comparison.

I am lifting heavier.
 
Tuesday – 229 – Missed morning cardio.

I have to change my workout plan as the doctors visit revealed I have a torn rotator cuff.

Doing mostly cardio this week with 2 leg days.

Doc put me on Flexeril and Bextra. Is this going to hinder me at all?
 
Thursday - 228

No morning cardio this week. I think the flexeril is making me too drowsy in the morning. I can't get up that extra 30 minutes.
 
Nope, I am coming off by adding 20g per week carbs. I am up to 80.

I am still keeping my cal count down however.
 
Monday - 226

This week I should be up to 100g carbs. I am going to try and get a majority of them in the morning and close to workout.

I am currently at ~2000 cals a day, if I don't see weight-loss in the next 2 weeks, I am going to modify the diet again.
