End of Week 2 - CKD Results

Simple way to re-introduce carbs:
Week one: add in vegetables (depending on how many you eat, it'll be 50 to 150 g/carbs a day) up your protein and lower the fat each week, but keep cals level for the first 2 or 3 weeks.
Week two: add in about 50 to 100g carbs from oats, sweet potatoes, other low gi foods.
Week three: add in another 50. keep doing this until you're where you wanna be. This works great for me.

Tuesday - Weight 234.

Did not do morning cardio yesterday or today. Did evening cardio last night.

I went up another 20g carbs yesterday for a total of 60 per day for this week.

So far so good with the coming off keto thing.

Call me a success story with the ablity to come off keto.

Thursday - 232

Morning Cardio yesterday morning, cardio every night and 60g carbs per day (40 morning, 20 post workout).

All is working great!

How many inches have you lost off your waist?
Are the results visible so far?

I don't know what helped the most, if I said one thing, it would have to be reading this board everyday! The most helpful tool is certainly fitday.com.

Tracking my nutrients has become second nature and I think it's helped more then anything.

The CKD was good as I think it is easier to track fats then it is to track carbs. Carbs are hidden in EVERYTHING I have discovered.

I only used ECA/NYC when I was real tired so I don't think those had much to do with it.

I think Cardio is the reason I am still losing at a nice rate. Weighed in at 230 this morning. Took my second picture last night.
