End of Week 2 - CKD Results

Week 4 - Sunday 249

I actually feel good about this as Friday night and Saturday was Carb up.

I hope to be close to 245 at the end of the week.
 
Tuesday - 246.5

Wow! Starting to kick in!

I have made a couple of changes. On the days that my cals are fairly low (<2500) I eat 4 to 5 meals a day vs 6.

I have also modified my last meal, my last meal is now always lean protein.

I take NYC only when I am tired. I decided to hold on to it until I hit a pause in the weight loss.

As of today, I have one month left on my CKD plan.
 
Thursday - 247 WTF is going on?!?! I am eating proper, I am even a little below my daily cals.

I am running every evening after my WO.

I am starting to get frustrated.
 
Are you monitoring your bodyfat? The scale had been pinned at 190 lbs. for me for the past month, but I dropped 3.5% bodyfat.
 
Your weight will fluctuate. I have my weight on a spreadsheet, and it looks like the stock market (going down). It drops throughout the week, then a sharp increase the day after my carb-up, then gradually drops until it's about 1.5lbs less than last weeks, then a sharp increase again, then back down.

Woot muthaf*kin woot!

I have about 2 to 3 weeks left on my CKD, I know I will not meet my goal, but I still feel real good about the loss.
 
Keep it up man. I'm dieting too and getting great results. I'm using NYC, Yohimburn DF, and doing AM cardio 3x/week, stairstepper, 40 mins.

The AM cardio will make all the difference.
