end of my cutting cycle;your help please

stil have 2 weeks of my cutting cycle to run...I do 1 hour cardio 5Xweek+cytomel+winny...I began 8 weeks ago...
I want to know what you do bros to avoid taking fat you lost when you come back to a normal diet ? I'm at the hardest point of my cutting cycle (totally cut carbs 2 weeks ago,carb rebound in the week end)
the big problem is that I'm going in vacation for 2 weeks and I'm afraid to see my fat comin back!!!
I was thinking to take some hydroxicut with me,what do you think about it guys ???
 
yes it will come back. it doesnt sound like you have a grasp on dieting correctly. if you have a slow metabolism... this issue shouldnt be the case since you are taking t3. your metabolism should be going at a jackrabbits pace. the winny im assuming is there to minimize muscle loss due to t3? having some carbs in there to burn (spare protein) would have helped. t3 either way is going to be catabolic and give a temporary bmr increase. going on vacation you can expect:

less muscle so lower bmr than when you started.
increase in fat deposition unless you reduce your calories to match your new lower bmr.

hydroxycut would be a bandaid to what you did on your cutting cycle. it could keep your body's energy expenditure up for a while but now your CNS is wired. are you going to drink on vacation? now you have that to contend with.
 
Ya, you should have had some carbs in your diet.Personaly i'm on T-3,Clen,Winny,Test right now and with the T-3 and Clen I really dont pay attention to how many carbs I eat and dont seem to have much of a problem.Of course eevryones different.Well now the cutting carbs issue next time don't totally cut them out you just set your self up for a mean little rebound affect.
