Hi, could anyone tell me what the calorie, protein, and fat content of an egg white are? I usally eat three whites for b/fast and I don't know how much protein I am getting.

According to fitday, 3 egg whites is 9 cals, 0 grams of fat, 1 carb and 10 grams of protein.
